Home Phone numbers are set up and assigned by local calling areas. If you are moving to a location in your current local calling area, you can take your phone number with you.

If you're moving outside your community, such as to a new town, city or province, you will not be able to keep your existing number.

When we contact you to confirm your move appointment we will confirm these details with you.
